Tough as usual for me. But I've made some progress.

I think my team is pretty much set for next season already...just gotta figure out the money probs...

Although I am picking up as temporary GM for a team that has went on a 41 game losing streak... so that should be fun...

I love getting messages like "You look like you need a running back.... I have a level 9 that would be a great starter." Ummm... dude I already have a Level 11 and a level 9 running back... why do I need another one?

Recruiting is going okay. Managed to get my high level guys onto the team finally now the cap has been lifted.

Apart from that, we have been talking to a few players for a couple of weeks now, so unless they suddenly back out at the last minute, we should be strengthened at a few key positions.

I had one verbal commit back out on me, but other then that i have had some good prospects contact me. I am glad we have some active owners that are willing to talk to each other in this league.

yea i noticed we have probably the most active league forum of the western europe A's...

Sorry about not actively posting on here. But rest assured, I do read everyone's posts.

Our team's recruiting is strictly done between friends & co-workers. So I actually know everyone on my team in person. Which means recruiting is pretty much non-existent for us.

Anyway, I'll try to make an effort this next season to post regularly to show a presence for Gotham City's band of misfits. >D

We are doing well. Strengthening our depth a bit. I think we were pretty well off last season, but everyone could use some improvement somewhere. We didn't win the Championship and were were far from perfect so we will see how it goes.

Recruiting isn't go so well it seems...

The market seems to be very fast, and we have had people back out. Some guys even say that they want PM's from owners/GMs first and then they never respond to your PM.

Managed to pick up a Level 15 DE, which will fit nicely in our scheme.

Looking for three offensive linemen, a defensive tackle and a corner though.... some really bad builds around.

Looking for some upgrades otherwise will probably stick with what we have.

recuriting suks, trying to find teams that willing to trade, i have some players that want to go, and tryin to get cash out of it. i've got a lvl 15 DT anyone can have.

@magicalmrrich : Man, I really hope you do a great job. I always find you interested in the forums and you seem to be a good guy. The death scheme also fits our style, so Go Go Monkeys ^^

Thanks for the offer bro, but I will have to decline. He was my first player and he play my old position. Oh wait hes me, just a lot better football player.

Well, thanks Pedro. That's a very kind thing of you to say. We're expecting to get killed by the reapers again next season.

Recruiting is very tough this off-season. So many guys that demand you speak to them by PM first, they read your PM and never reply. All of a sudden they have signed to another team! I just find that very rude.

The team is pretty set now. Managed to get a few players on the defensive line, including a level 21 defensive end, which is probably the biggest pick-up of the off season for us.

We have a few extra players, a couple of offensive line and a level 21 corner that are coming at the beginning of season 4 as they are people we know and their contracts are running out.

But one thing I have noticed is there are some terrible builds around at the moment. Cornerbacks that have speed of 35 but catching of 40... and they expect to return punts. Are they out of their minds?
