Glad to get the chance to move up....I just wanted to say, Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen!

The guy at :43 ish that calls out the joker is Senator Patrick Leahy.

Apparently he's been a huge Batman fan since he was 4. He had a cameo in the "Batman and Robin" film and did some voice over work in the cartoon. He also wrote some prefaces to various Batman comics and a Green Lantern one. Also a story has circulated that he was once spotted driving his grandson's toy Batmobile through the halls of the Capitol.
