What are peoples offseason stadium plans going to be?

From what ive read about it, you get a better ROI from buying the corners first and going from there.

I think for my teams stadium i am going to try and build two corners. I will have 1Mil left over from this season and will take out a loan to be able to build the second one. Take it out the last day of the offseason and pay it back as soon as season tickets go through.

Hopefully i will be able to sell out my games with what my fanbase is at.

I'm going to finish off the seating for the section I have before building any new sections, I was hoping to get farther into the playoffs so I could do both but eh I didn't.

I plan on building a couple of corners this offseason. Should be easy with all the playoff bonus money I have been getting.

All 4 corners for the Ehs and then upgrade as much of the club and normal seats I can from the orginal sections.
