But in all seriousness.... Rangers made some good progress this year, they hung tough and battled out some wins despite suffering some bad defeats. That tell me the owner/gm stayed the course, kept the players on the team motivated, and didnt go inactive at the first sign of adversity. If your thinking of joining the team, that shows they are on the recruiting trail already and working to make their team better despite the early season end for them. Good dedication by their management there.
on another note, their team chemistry is damn good, so they didnt panic, make dumb decisions to sign guys on the fly... and their money situation for the coming season looks solid. I dont think you would be unhappy at all with them.

It has to get old fast being a Girl on a site that is made up mostly of men, and getting hit on everyday. leave her alone and find a dating site. I know nothing of the team you are asking about but i would suggest asking the owner for a pass to his forums so you can check them out before you make a commitment to his team.
