It's a team that lost their owner and needs a good core of players to help them out.

He is not at cool at the owner of the Dallas Orangebloods though.

PS My family is from MASS, mostly North End of Boston. Spent summers on the cape digging up muscles etc on the beach

I smell money.

So, when I saw this thread, I thought someone had just posted in the wrong forum again. Who was Dutch Harbor during the season?

Edit: NM, must have been the War Dogs. Seems like they had some cool players but their owner screwed them over. Hopefully their new owner isn't a jackass like their old one.

Shay, I think I like you, and by "like you", I mean "like you like you".

Dutch Harbor needs some help. They've got a good core of dedicated players. Don't let their record fool you: the previous owners completely bailed on them, essentially screwing everybody over. They WILL be a much better team next year.

USA A#8 is a great league and I think Dutch Harbor will treat you right.

Good, competitive league. Fun ppl. We've got fairly active boards. And your team looks to improve quite a bit..hell they even have a 'recruiting coordinator'....

Shay, if the current players feel that the new owner is worth sticking around for, then i would highly suggest joining them if it has been offered to you. This is an awesome league, And you're getting a chance right now that you may not get later, and that is to play on a team in a highly competitive league, and that could end up in USA Pro eventually.

At you're level you arent gonna come across too many chances to get into a league at this level unless it's on a team that has been totally destroyed by gutting/selling, and from the looks of things, The Dark Horse is very salvageable so you're getting a golden opportunity here.

As far as the players on the team, they have all been standup guys, especially considering the position they were in with the previous owner, and i have no doubt that many of them are committed to getting that team back in shape to win.

I have 4 offers for my WR and this is one of them. But this team is offering me a low contract. Now I know money isnt everything and I would love to be on a USA team its just I want to be able to train and equit my guy easily. Anymore advice?

Contract doesnt really necessitate being able to cover training and equipment...ask for a bonus to cover your lvl 16 upgrades, and the minimum salary should be more than enough to cover your training...i say that from experience. Besides, if the owner is serious about winning, he'll make sure you're able to train regardless so that you're at 100% on the field...unless he's there to sabotage the team, i see no reason not to.
