There are a lot of great players out there, but I'd like to highlight a few of the accomplishments of the one that I believe should win the League MVP. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the Zimbabwe Bush Squirrel Rebellion's, I M Open (lvl 18) is the best receiver in the league and deserves this award. Here is why...

I M Open has been an offensive force that has powered the Zimbabwe Bush Squirrel Rebellion since the beginning. Half way through the season we lost the #2 WR, the #1 RB, and our starting QB, but this didn't phase I M Open's production in the least. There were games when he practically carried the entire offense until we were able to recruit some other guys due to the players that were released. Nevertheless, he still put up incredible numbers seen below:

- Ranked #1 in the league for Most Receiving Touchdown (18) in Regular Season
- Ranked #1 in the league for Most Touchdowns (3) thus far in post season (including RB/TE/etc)
- Ranked #1 in the conference, #2 in the league for Most Yards (1,465) in the Regular Season
- Ranked #1 in the league for Most Yards (1,764) receiving thus far.
- Ranked #2 in the conference, #4 in the league for yds/game (94.1) in the Regular Season
- Two playoff game: 300 yards receiving, 3 TDs of over 60+ yards each

I could paste regular season clips of I M Open breaking down cornerbacks all night and leaving safties standing still, but it's a shut case. NO BALLOTS NECESSARY; As Romey would say, "It's O-VAH"!

I M Open made my job as the Offensive Coordinator of the Squirrels that much easier!

Not that I disagree, I M Open is certainly an outstanding player and would probally make my short list... however I can think of a few other players that are deserving as well. How about Flourentio, 30 sacks and 50 something odd hurries or E-roc Dizzle with an outstanding season behind the center. I know there are a few other guys out there as well that could boast about equally if not more dominant stats at their given position.

Maybe true, but they can't say that they've single handedly kept their team in the game! This is a MVP, not a Heisman. The Heisman goes to the best guy on the best team. That's why most of them are a flop; when they get on a crappy team their true ability comes out. When they don't have the heaviest offensive line in college blowing hole for them in the D-line, they can't produce. This is a MVP, the best player that made the biggest difference on their team and for their team.

EDITED: I M Open is that player, hands down.

He is Offensive MVP. Not league MVP. That goes to my teams DE Andrew Fiorentino. 34 Sacks, 60 Hurries, 110 Tackles. I'm sorry but that easily beats your guy out for MVP. Now I am all for a Offensive MVP and Defensive MVP because you do deserve an award but this guy is the #1 Player on Defense for the #1 Defense in the league.

You're entitled to your opinion as well Keller, but I'm just stating if you took a Fiourentio off of the Xtreme they are still a great team. If you put another QB in for Ethiopia, they are still a great team. But I can guarantee you that if you took I M Open from the ZBSR, we aren't even in the playoffs, much less upset Ethiopia and Somolia.

Yea we would be a decent team but there is no way we would be the best defense in the league without him or even a top 5 team in the conference. He is a game changing player and you dont find those type of players on the defensive line alot.

Without I M Open, we don't beat the Wasps and we don't beat Ethiopia. Shoot, the ZBSR probably doesn't even make the playoffs. He was our offense for most of the season. Vote how you please, but I M Open deserves consideration at the very least.

i think fiorentino should be mvp but I M Open should probably be offensive player of the year

90% of the time I M Open was the player of the game stats wise also

Because it's part of the game as much as "the championship" is such. Why play if you're not trying to be the best at something... whether it's best in the league, best in the conference, best on the team, best at a position... that's why people care.

In the big picture of things, you are correct. It's just a game and a meaningless title.
