2nd Seed Amsterdam Smugglers vs 3rd Seed Quebec Colored Trombones: Amsterdam lost a close one mid-season to the Trombones. They want revenge. (HB) Marshawn Jackson is no doubt going to be the hot talk in the Quebec locker room after he ran for the 2nd most rushing yards this season , his 2026 yards only elipsed by Deacon Peterson. Amsterdam must not think that they are the only ones with a HB, Quebec HB Rocko Lunkheed came in a respectable 7th in all rushing yards for the league. I think the smugglers will try to steal quebec's instruments, Quebec finds out and bashes there head in by winning 7+.

5th Seed Athens Gators vs 8th Seed Newcastle Nightmare: Got to give props to Newcastle, they won a tough fight, but the cinderala story is over. The Gators might not have some great running back or a great passing game, but they know how to win anyways. I say the Gators make this nightmare into a wet dream, getting there stats padded by also winning by 7+.

Glad we're both picking an Amsterdam to lose this week.

No Civil War for the Championship, so long as we have anything to say about it.

Well, I just wanted to say it was a heck of a fun season. The Vatican City Angels had an up and down season against good competition. We look to make the playoffs next season so hopefully we will be. I have a great group of players and GM's working for me. It's true, I have pretty much been a hands off owner as I believe in empowering others to help lead the team to greatness but I also am the final say on typical ownership matters also so I do work with my team on a daily basis.

I have not spent much time on this league board much but next season I will try to be out here with my fellow owners more often.

Everyone has their opinions, but the Smugglers are a competitive team. We wont lay down for anyone. The Trombones beat us earlier this season, but it was a close game. The second win is always the hardest.

Can't wait, may the better team win, last time we won by 2 freaking points! It is the highlight game this week and for good reasons!

I predict Gators lose, for 2 reasons.

1. They flukily beat us.
