Could it be a problem if a lower strength guy with higher vision throws to receivers that appear to be open, but with lower arm strength the CB's are able to close and pick off the pass?

I think STR because you have to throw the ball fast enough in to the crowd not slow one

Zone = finding the hole. not shooting the ball in as fast as possible.

You would need to fit it in the hole though and with enough strength that doesn't let the defender get to it first.

So can't it be both?

I think both would be the correct answer, but QB A has more strength and QB B has more vision.

It all depends on what kind of WR's you have. If you have burners then you'd obviously want to put the points into strength... If you have guys that are real quick then Vision is more important but strength is still rather important. I'd say a 5-4 ratio of vision to strength... With throwing higher than them both.
