Ok...this is, I think, the complete list of the CCC Eastern Conference's inaugural franchises, in alphabetical order. If this is wrong, such as you made a name change, please note that in this thread.

I also can't remember the finishing order that first season. I know we were third. Anybody want to toss up their finishing order, I can reformat this in the final standings.

I think the Shoals were 6th, because we faced them in the first round. I don't think we finished second...maybe we did. I know Miami was first, but I thought MN Drillers were second. I remember early in the season, it was LMG Accountabillibuddies and the Shoals who were at the top, so LMG, I thought, made the playoffs too.


Gawd...I'm trying to remember crap from just three months ago...and it already seems like three years in real time.

We sucked. It was embarrassing. I created lots of Wangs. End of historical footnote.

We might have been #2. For some reason I think that I remember that. I know we rolled off 6 in a roll to go 6-2 or something like that and for some reason I think that we were the 2 seed.

I think Steel-Heads came in 6th place with a 6-2 record.

CBMB lost in the first round to Shoals, so if they were the 2nd seed than shoals was 7th. Steel-heads having the 6th place spot validates that further.

Then the Drillers were 3rd, because it was the Sharks, Drillers and us battling it out for 1st for a few weeks. I think the LMG Accountabillibuddies might have been 5th. The lead the Conference the first 3-4 games along with the Shoals, but maybe they fell out of it the last few games. They did plummet fast. Were the Orlando Pirates in there the first season?

Also, I know the Sharks lost in the first round, but I thought the Drillers went into the second before they were beat.

I sure wish I would have kept a journal on all of this, but I'm sure somebody will pop in and fill in the pieces.

Grizzlies were in the playoffs season 1, I dont remember who we played but I know we lost in the first round. I didnt think we were as high as the 5th seed but I dunno. I am pretty sure the accountabillabuddies were in the playoffs season 1 too.

Woohoo! we made the playoffs!

What happened to the West? You guys are falling off.

Yep. Season 1 the Drillers made it to round two before losing to Cape Cod. We beat the Grizzlies in round 1 that year.
