Does anyone know which league will be the lvl 13 capped league next year?

I don't think Bort has announced that. I believe Eastern Europe

i've heard E.Europe and maybe Africa. But who knows they may create even more than that

I though that there was a post about that already and since Canada A only played half a season they were going to be capped again next year.
