Brussels gets the first shot...Then if they pass that test it is either the Boghoppers or the Smokers. So the question is...which Alpha team has the best shot to make it out...I would say the Munkeys are the favorites...but who has the best shot at taking them out?

I think the Smokers can beat them out given the opportunity. I'm calling it.

I'd imagine the smokers. They've beat us once already.

If we can beat the Boghoppers again We have a great chance to take another one from the Monkeys, but I dont think anyone should look past brussles the top teams both played them early so no one really KNOWS what have, their game vs the doom doesnt count. If I had to put money on the conference I would pick the smokers, after that I really dont know you guys are all tough.

I think at this point in the season, any team can win that is why the teams are here in the playoffs. Maybe one team has a slight advantage over the other but doesnt mean they cant pull out a 21-20 victory or something along those lines. As far as the Zeta conference goes, your conference is a little uneven. Meaning you have really good teams and really bad teams. Alfa is a little more even down the board. But does that mean that your top teams can beat our top teams, of coarse than can it was proven with the cheetahs and smokers game. Also the smokers beat my team, so this playoffs it is anyones ballgame. The only team i think we should be talking about is the romantics. Everyone forgets they have been killing teams and the only loss was the first game of the season when you are trying to figure your team out. I just want to say good luck to everyone and it has been a fun year, mainly because of the active league forms and predictions and such.

oh trust me i havent forgotten about her...she shut us out 19 - 0...but i did beat the team that beat her, so i am hoping that gives us a little momentum...she is definately on a roll though...win or lose it will be a tough game...good luck to you guys as well.

I agree...at this point in the season, anything can happen. Too many times, I've seen a team go undefeated all season and then lose in the first round.

But my money is on the Romantics to win it all...

I guess that ends this discussion...great game Monkeys...we had revenge on our minds after that savage beating we took the second game of the season.

Next is also a revenge game...30-0 was pretty brutal as well. I have a feeling we won't be shut out of this one. But I'm looking forward to a great match up.

I didn't boost anyone before the first game and after losing I decided I'd boost at least half the team. I hate to say that's the reason I lost, but I think it's a pretty good one.

As druncken said though, anything can happen and I am certainly not counting my chickens before they hatch. In looking at the Cheetahs, they pose the biggest challenge I've faced all season. They are certainly better than the first time I faced them. I expect a very close game and either team can win it. Either way it's a win-win for me. Win and I move up. Lose and I get to play with all you boys again.

We beat a bunch of girls - we are cruel. If we lose to a bunch of girls - we suck.

i think the romantics get all their win becus no oppossing rb's wanna break their tackles... hell, let me let a bunch of chick jump on top of me... i know mr B has always had a thing for susan b anthony... lol

as for the munkeys.... since i dont follow the alpha conference that much, i can only really say.. 1,2,3,4.... i know that ppl say you "monkey around". but i just think that youre all too busy playing football, to ever put anyone down.. youre all just trying to be friendly, and i go to your game and watch you play, bcus you guys are the young generation, and i feel like youve got something to say.. some teams may say you'll never be found, but i think you guys should get ready, just in case the CHEETAHS come into town."
