im not sure many teams will be able to do that financially. Maybe a few positions, but the teams that tanked this season(filled with cpu's still) will be the ones able to do that

I hope those teams that planned to do that have such low fan support that they tank it. Plus with Bort doing the xp tweaks to where if they do that they gain less xp due to being different than the overall average of the league. Also hope the chemistry hit they take puts them so far back they still keep losing.

I wanna try and bring in a couple, if you get the chance it would be stupid not to. Although filling the whole roster with level 20+ would be impossible financially and being able to recruit enough players.
