A close game early in the season, and not much different now.....the Hippos are hot right now.

Scorpions I was looking forward to playing you and settling what happen last game and how we were over rated. Looks like that will have to wait until next season.

Not if we are in AA next year. BTW...Drunken, are you & Narcissus trust fund babies or somethin? Boosting all those players would have had me back to eating hot dogs & ramen noodles for the next 2 months.

Yeah I was looking for a good rematch to shut Spielman up with his "overrated" bs (no offense to to you, Boltsfan). But if we can get past the team that took you out & avenge our other loss vs. Lyon...I could say we would be worthy of repping tha Zeta in the Big Game. But 1 step at a time.

I wish i were a trust fund baby...but to answer your question...no. But i do work for a living and I don't go out drinking like i used to so it allows me to do things like boost my players. I easily save quite a bit of cash by going out and drinking less.

But regardless of whether or not we boosted all our players, our success is in the builds of our players. Most of our players have green bars by lvl 12 - lvl 14 so they can consistently compete with higher level players. Boosting may have given us a competitive advantage, but our team was very competitive without it.

great game manchester...was secretly hoping to face the hungary hippos again to avenge our only loss. good luck next game and may the best team win.

Just to be clear, I never said that you guys were overrated. One guy on my team said it, and I wish he hadn't. That kind of nonsense always comes back and bites you in the ass in the end.

Clearly, we were the overrated ones as we lost to a lower seed in the first round.

Best of luck to you the rest of the playoffs. If you get past Wicklow, you're going to have your hands full with Lyon.
