I'm not done yet so keep your damn pants on. I'm about done with the lion conference and half way with the elephant, but I thought I would like to get you started on the rules I will lay out.
Rules: As soon as the Ballot is issued, you may send them in via PM to me. The format will be simple, Fill in the player for each position. I will have two separate groups to vote for, your conference team and then the overall league team, so you basically vote twice for each position. MY only real rules are this
1) only two people may vote per team (coach and one GM)
2) You can only vote for players in you conference in the conference voting.
3) You are only allowed to vote for one player on your own team. This will allow you to pick the one player you feel on your team is really the best, and prevents you from voting for all your players in every position, and just stuffing the ballot box (my inbox).
Here is a sample voting sheet. you can basically just copy and paste and add names.
