GMs and owners - Please respond in the thread to volunteer to be your team's representative. I will send out a ballot in a few days. If I no one volunteers from your team, I will send the ballot to the owner of the team. Rules will be outlined in the ballot.

No- each team's roster is completely made up of the owner's players. Two different owners-

They are due back July 19 12:00 Noon CDT. No ballots submitted after the deadline will count.
