I admittedly haven't studied the matchups, but imho I think the East is more solid top to bottom. I'm going with 10-6 East, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's more lopsided than that, even.
Well, here is a list of the games, with team and records.
WEST vs EAST
Moose Jaw Jackalopes (7-0) vs Niagara Parrots (2-5) San Diego Rockstars (7-0) vs Alert Sentinals (6-1) Prince George's Kings (6-1) vs Silent Pwners (7-0) Grim Afterlife (6-1) vs Boston Knights (2-5) Northern Lights (6-1) vs Saquenay Heat (0-7) North Pole Yetis (5-1-1) vs Lake Michigan Maelstrom (4-3) Bort's Wrath (3-3-1) vs Manitoba Wild Boars (6-1) Nike Olympians (3-4) vs Toronto ShenaniganZ (3-4) Alberta Vampires (3-4) vs Peterborough Goons (3-4) Bayou City Bruisers (3-4) vs Norfolk'n Way (4-3) Winnipeg Falcons (3-4) vs Albany Mohicans (2-5) Manoa Samoans (1-6) vs Cambridge Thunder Cats (5-2) Edmonton Grizzly Bears (0-7) vs London Roosters (0-7) Edmonton Experiments (2-5) vs Montreal Maniacs (7-0) Winnipeg Wolverines (0-7) vs Sactown Rage (4-3) Southpark Cows (0-7) vs Cardiff Cougars (1-6)
There are some really compelling matchups here, particularly Silent Pwners vs Prince George and Alert vs San Diego. On the other side of the coin, two winless teams will face off, and one will get it's first victory (barring a tie). I forsee these two conferences splitting the games, 8-8. It could slip to 9-7 either way, depending on the games with closer records. I will be rooting for all Western Conference teams on Sunday!! Go West!!
This week has a ton of playoff complications for the west. For example the kings could be looking at a #2 #3 or even a #6 seed depeding on the outcome. With that said The rockstarts and Pwners need to loose

I wouldn't mind that scenario! Go Kings, Go Sentinals!!

yeah, there were some really lopsided games, but there were also a couple of close ones. It was a good effort by the East teams. Now, on to the playoffs! Good luck to everyone in the "second season", as we all try to grab the BIG trophy!
I did think the chemistries and levels of the mid and lower teams out west seemed less than those in the east, which is why I guessed 10-6 East. However, I think the top 4-5 teams from the west are very solid.
Playoff predictions:
San Diego over Northern Lights in the Western Conference finals Yukon over Montreal in the Eastern Conference finals
Yukon over San Diego 35-28 for the League championship.
I am admittedly biased here, but I think the PWNERs are the team to beat. 4 tough games to do it, though, and anything can happen, so we'll see.
