You know, all trash talking aside, I think Canada #4 has the best group of owners I have seen in this game. There is some good sportsmanship here, and I see alot of people coming togeather to get pro bowl teams and all kinds of different things going. It is pretty neat. Kudos to you all.Except the Canadian Bacon! They can screw off. LOL, J/K!

...I would like to point out that "The Baconaters" haven't actually beaten anyone good.... 7-0 is nice, but almost every win has been vs. the bottom half of the league.

Not that they can control who they played, but something to consider perhaps....

Well they did beat us (Phantoms), so they get props for that, but it was on a freak play in OT. Against a team that played in OT the weak before and say 9 key players enter they game under 90% energy. Not excuses, just facts. But none the less the Bacon don't have that many studs, but they have game planning geniuses.

true...I'm not saying they're not a quality team...clearly they are... I'm just saying *I* wouldn't go as far as crowning them 'the team to beat' in the East.
It's too bad we didnt get to do a full season...there were a lot of matchups we missed that I was looking forward to!

I would have loved a full season. Seems like most team, including/especially mine (Hudson Bay Trappers) spent three or four games just getting a full roster.

Yellowknife is in the same spot, I see people saying we are No.1 and stuff but we haven't really played anyone, I would have loved to have played Thunderbay in regular season.

Our wins aren't that impressive, but they count in the W column all the same. We seem to win close or medium yet carry on great energy, so it works for us on a couple of levels IMO.

As cocky as we are, we're still humble. Unlike other leagues, ours has limitations. Limitation means that on Any Given "Sunday" any of us can lose a game. We played a coupe of top ranked teams (at the top, hell we had to beat two teams ahead of us to get to #1) and we've beat some teams that record wise don't look good but they are well built and have a good game plan just as we do.

The team that wins this league will be the team with the best scouting/game planning.
