These rankings are not solely based on record, it is also based on skill and "trends" (a 3-3 team with 3 wins in a row will be higher than a 3-3 team with 3 losses in a row). Not sure how these power rankings work.

I have seen some base on levels of both starters and secondary.

I have also seen where they take in the relative strength of the game played (i.e you get less points for winning against a cupcake)

I just want to say that there was a HUGE gap between P.A.E. and Bugle All Stars and that Bugle All Stars and Bulldawgs were virtually tied.
