You might be thinking that this is being forced upon me. It's not. This is my choice to apologize to the league and it's owners/players. I participated in a very childish argument and acted in a very immature manner. The reason for this apology is not because loss of playing time was threatened. If you took the time to read Lucius' post, he said if any more Maniacs post in the thread, they will be taken out of the game. I could have left what I said in the thread and nothing would have happened. I choose to take it down in respect of my owner. Sure, it was still up in quotes, but I was still the bigger man and took it down.
Lucius is a very classy guy. He is well prepared, organized, and intelligent. He knows how to get his team active and he knows how to run the business. Him, and all of his GMs/players, are kind, respectable people. Why tarnish that reputation with my own actions? I don't deem it necessary to screw over my owner just because I felt like trolling. Again, this is an apology to our league, my team, and all the other teams in the league. I mean no disrespect. I'm going to start holding myself to the standards that a human being should be held to. To the standards that my team holds us all to. I'm doing some growing up in real life, so why not grow up in the forums also.
Take my apology for what it's worth to you. I'm telling the truth. I understand this is the internet. You have no reason to believe what I'm saying. You also have no right to tell me how old I am, how intelligent I am, or how lame/ugly/anti-social I am. You have no idea who I am, as I have no idea who you are. You can take this, call me an immature asshole, and go on with your day. In reality, we all know who's being the bigger man here. Let's put away our ammunition for now and keep this forum as clean and mature as possible.
