The Monarch actually have a chance to win this one, though the Raiders have shown they should be able to seige the kingdom and sack the castle today.

Another epic battle, and both teams are aching for a win here, this one has huge playoff implications.. The DEVILS are way too hot for the Sharks today.

The Galleons capture the Hippos early, but once the are on board, the ship sinks, and the Hippos swim away with this one.

The Cons finally get a reprieve and short sabbatical, as they stuff and mount the Owls on the mantle in the dining hall.

Though it was minimal for us in terms of the playoff race and seeding, it was important for us as a team to come away with this upset victory as a way of telling the league we will be a factor and we will not be ignored when you talk about the top teams in this league.

Personally, I've got to say that the team BoltFan put together is simply awesome. JumpMan, D_Bum, you guys are great to work with. The only thing better than when we agree to a game plan is when we don't agree, and we hash out a great solution anyway. There is lots of respect on this team and that's more important than the wins. But having both is pretty swell, too....

No doubt. Not to get into a lovefest on the public forum, but working out the gameplan with you guys is my favorite part of this game.

I hope the rest of the owners out there are having the same experience, because to me, that's what this site is really all about.

You know, earlier I said it's too bad we play you guys as our cross divison game, but now I'm going to be happy to. If we win I know we just got fucked over by missing out on the free agency period and the first 2 games. If we lose, we know we're not quite there yet. it should be a good game nonetheless. I'm hoping you lose, but we'll take what we can get. Our Defense has been great since we got all the pieces together. Our offense still needs a playmaker at WR, but we're going to be ok. I look forward to playing you guys, win or lose it should be a nice game.

Pick against us once, shame on you. Pick against us twice, shame on you even more. not only was it a blowout, we pitched teh first real shutout (I don't count against Rome Gladiators... that's a regular theme for them). Pick against us again... I want to score 50 points vs Manchester while pitching a shutout!

Nice job setting up the excuses already - it's much more impressive to say we got lucky or are over-rated and then beat us.

You guys are good,no doubt. But you got that one gift wrapped by the sim. I had 0% set to short passes & we somehow threw 12...we had 0% passes to RBs & we threw them 9. I can see a little deviation but that was out of hand. I can't wait until the offensive & defensive AI settings roll out. Plus our Kicker who hasn't missed a FG since like week 2 misses 2 today. I understand that it just rolls the other teams way sometimes, but DANG.

But a win is a win...congrats Scorps. Don't expect to be that lucky again in the playoffs against us cuz I'm sure we'll meet again.
