If the playoffs happened right now, this is how they would stack up:

Lion Conference

1) Nigerian Nightmares
vs
8) Red Sea Wave

4) Beltway Bandits
vs
5) Band of Brothers

2) Johannesburg Impalas
vs
7) Scottish Sharks

3) Mozambique Starvin Marvins
vs
6) Katanga Diamonds

Elephant Conference

1) Kigali Silverbacks
vs
8) Sierra Leone Magicians

4) Valhalla Norsemen
vs
5) Gold Coast Corsairs

2) Kinshasa Rumblers
vs
7) Ghana Buffalos

3) Rwanda Assassins
vs
6) Cape Town Shinobis

Here's my prediction on who I think will make it and what the outcome will be. If I get some of the playoff teams wrong I'll switch them up after the last game.

Lion Conference
Well, it looks like the seeds are already set for the Lion conference. The only movement that could happen is Red sea could possibly beat the Sharks, and then the Sharks will lose to the Impalas. But I think the Sharks will hold off the Wave next week in a good game.

Round 1

1) Nigerian Nightmares (16-0)
vs
8) Red Sea Wave (9-7)

Outcome: Nigeria by 30

4) Beltway Bandits (12-4)
vs
5) Band of Brothers (11-5)

Outcome: Beltway by 6

2) Johannesburg Impalas (14-2)
vs
7) Scottish Sharks (10-6)

Outcome: Impalas by 14

3) Mozambique Starvin Marvins (14-2)
vs
6) Katanga Diamonds (11-5)

Outcome: Marvins by 24

Round 2
No projected upsets in the 1st round. I was close to picking BoB, but I like that Beltway D. In round 2 the Marvins gameplan their asses off and get their revenge.

1) Nigerian Nightmares (16-0)
vs
4) Beltway Bandits (12-4)

Outcome: Nightmares by 14

2) Johannesburg Impalas (14-2)
vs
3) Mozambique Starvin Marvins (14-2)

Outcome: Marvins by 1

Conference Championship
I see 2 scenarios that are going have the most probability of happening. Nigeria vs the Impalas or Nigeria vs the Marvins is more than likely what's going to happen. I chose the Marvins this time.

1) Nigerian Nightmares (16-0)
vs
3) Mozambique Starvin Marvins (14-2)

Outcome: Nightmares by 10

Elephant Conference

Round 1
Togo just misses out on the playoff fun. They lose the tie breaker with an earlier loss to the Shinobis.

1) Kigali Silverbacks (16-0)
vs
8) Cape Town Shinobis (9-7)

Outcome: Kigali by 35

4) Rwanda Assassins (12-4)
vs
5) Gold Coast Corsairs (12-4)

Outcome: Gold Coast by 3

2) Kinshasa Rumblers (15-1)
vs
7) Ghana Buffalos (10-6)

Outcome: Kinshasa by 20

3) Valhalla Norsemen (13-3)
vs
6) Sierra Leone Magicians (11-5)

Outcome: Valhalla by 10

Round 2
The only upset I have is GC over the Assassins who beat them in the regular season. Which sets up some power house matchups in the 2nd round.

1) Kigali Silverbacks (16-0)
vs
5) Gold Coast Corsairs (12-4)

Outcome: Kigali by 1

2) Kinshasa Rumblers (15-1)
vs
3) Valhalla Norsemen (13-3)

Outcome: Kinshasa by 20

Conference Championship
Well I hate to say it, but Kigali's magical season will more than likely end if we meet the Rumblers again. They're just too good this season, we'll catch up though.

1) Kigali Silverbacks (16-0)
vs
2) Kinshasa Rumblers (15-1)

Outcome: Kinshasa by 7

Africa Bowl
Well, after their wakeup loss to us early in the season the Rumblers have been a runaway train and I would say they probably have a 85+% chance to win it all this year. Gotta call it like I see it.

1) Nigerian Nightmares (16-0)
vs
2) Kinshasa Rumblers (15-1)

Outcome: Kinshasa by 10

nice, except for the Nightmare by 10 over the Marvins when we only lost to them by 1 the last game. I assure you that if we get to the Marvins vs Nightmare the outcome will be in our favor.

Great job by the way

So I've heard about Kinshasa boosting and how they are now untouchable, but when did they boost? I would like to see the difference in their games since then.

They boosted right after they lost to Kigali. So 2 games into the season.

if they boosted early they are going to be screwed in the playoffs because the good teams will be at the same level if not higher and their tactics won't be able to cut it.

They boosted right before the game against us.

I'm guessing most people would rather not say. We'll find out soon enough in the playoffs.
