I would like to see a League were all the teams that have the owners being the agent for all the players compete against each other
As these teams seem to be leaps and bounds above the others.

I think you mean team owners that create all their own players? I mean we pretty much have that. And there’s a D-league if you don’t want to play against teams with owners. It’s not like we have some secret way to play, it’s that all the build are the way we want them, and don’t have to worry about inactive players, or players not training or not boosting etc. I honestly don’t see the problem, if I want to pay money to create a team and all these places players on said team then I should be allowed to, we can’t choose what teams we play against.

There is a small number of agents who own a team and make all the dots on the team. I’m guessing those agents will want to be facing top teams.
