Should team reset be done D160 and beyond? Also, should any dots retiring wait until D160 to receive BTs? Finally, do those BTs carry over and what's the max? Thanks in advance.

am confused to this question. are you asking if BTs carryover from one player to the next? once a player retires, he is gone.

The maximum Age on a Dot is 440. There's no specific reason to reset at Age 160, unless you're a farm team just raising dots to Pro age. After Age 160, dots don't "grow" anymore. Generally speaking, if you've got a good team, then keep it. If you don't, then flush it and try again.

If they're retiring, then it doesn't matter, but they can't retire when on a team and contracts usually expire at the end of a season. If someone specifically wants to finish a dot, then sure, wait until Day 1 of the last season to officially become Age 160.

Nothing will carry over from retirement, except the Flex cost.
You get 30% of the flex cost of the dot itself back and a slightly fucky amount from AEQ upgrades, depending on what you bought.
