99% sure I was fully boosted going into this most recent offseason and then fully boosted my 10 this season yet my dot sits at 77. He was on same regimen as all my other dots who are all 79.

if you look under xp history, it'll tell you how many times you boosted. i've the 77 top level before but no longer remember the scenario where it happens

Might have missed some game XP if he was ever on CPU team or switched teams mid season

Doesn't look like an XP issue so double check the boosts
