Just asking, i have raised one today but i know the site isnt as active as when i raised my last one back in 2018 lol.

If not, is there a better way to get something reviewed? Got dots stuck on an inactive team.

If they do then please ignore this but just asking as i've not raised one for many years.

Might be worth going on Discord and asking DD to take a look at your ticket.

During the season not really. They are more active end/begining of season and off season. As drew said, best to post in discord and tag DD

Lol, its cute that we pretend its pretty normal for support tickets to have to be sent offsite rather than processed at the site that hosts the games. But hey, we shouldn't expect those who "Support" the revenue stream to actually bother checking the website on a daily basis. This is lazy on stilts.

We just have accepted the fact that it is what it is and we can deal with it or leave, complaining has proved fruitless.
