On the roster screen, they are different colours. Does this mean something? ie is there a penalty attributed to the player? I remember reading something somewhere in here but can't find it......

The dots are online indicator. Red mean the agent is offline. Green means they are online.

No penalty, I believe. Colors denoting how long they've been inactive.
