Yes. Got an Ai repaired over the off/pre season.

You can't hold your breath tho. Giving a shout on Discord often helps.

There's more than 1 project going on. It's a matter of time and effort. Bort is still plugging away on his big video game.

I recently reported that the Double Wing preset OAI was broken, wasn't long before DD got back to me with what he thinks was a fix. It still didn't fix and the ticket is still pending. That said, I think it's a win though that they do read/respond.

We got 2 presets fixed prior to last season. Both Ryan (Inside run) and Ken (Pass First) made changes/fixes to their own presets and were presented to Bort. The fixes were approved and the presets are working now.

You may have to send a fixed version to Bort for approval before changes are implemented. Maybe you have.

Okay, that support request is staring back at me, unloved and unanswered. Is this a black hole of unanswered queries we're all peering into? Feels like shouting into the void, right? Maybe carrier pigeons would be more efficient. Or smoke signals. Anyway... similar frustration hit me hard last year when our internet provider ghosted us for days during a critical project deadline. Seriously impacted the Slope of my productivity! Couldn't even load a simple webpage.
