Don't tournament brackets usually populate by now too? Seems like a few scripts were missed

The chemistry reset happens at the beginning of day 1, to allow a chance to for contracts to continue to be signed during preseason.

Chemistry will be automatically boosted to 85 at the start of day 1 if it's below 85. There's no need to make a special request any more.
