Is it D1 season 5? If you don't boost up front, you end up on level 69 at this point, do I just use the remaining 10 boosts at the start of the season?

You should have gotten the last of your training points at rollover and if you're level 69 at this point you can use the remaining 10 boosts right now to get to Level 79 for plateau.

Can someone confirm/correct if these are still the leftover XP conversion options once dot hits D161 (S5D1)?
1 SP = 250 XP
6 BT = 125 XP
2 TP = 65 XP
And you get to pick what you want, right? Ex: a dot with 600 XP leftover on D161can choose to receive 18 TP for 585 XP, doesn't just get assigned 2 SP (500 XP) and 2 TP (65 XP) working down the chart, right?

That's the way it used to be. You could pick what you want based on how much you had leftover.
Every player I've built since the crash has ended up with ZERO XP at day 160. So, while I'd like to say that it is still the same, I can't confirm it.

I think with the XP per game and XP per day being now based off what age a dot is, that all dots end up with 0 XP now. So that's one less thing to worry about, I guess.

Yeah...unless your dot randomly got booted from a CPU team and you missed a couple training days so ended up a level short with some leftover XP...
