For the past couple of season I've dreaded remaking 55 players to field a team so much so that I completely revamped my play style thinking I'd have less positions to create plus I wouldn't have to scout over the season just set it and forget it. Long story short are there any other owners here that would like to see a mass player creator or at the very least a mass player retire added to the game for Pee Wee dot creators. Something a long the lines of after choosing the position and archetype then adding how many of each to make at the same position then add a name for each individual dot and creating them at once. This imo would take much of the " chore " out of the hobby and leave more time to enjoy the game. With real life it takes me days to create a team and that doesn't include setting the depth chart and tactics for each player. I think we're less likely to lose players which for bort is lost revenue if we could simplify the game for how pee wee is played

Bro, I hear you. Repetitive tasks drive me insane. There's been a few threads in the Suggestions forum for making mass dots, who knows if that'll ever happen.

I skipped team ownership this season because it was unbearable to make 55 dots last season

If we can get enough agents to back this the plan is to suggest it again. Since pw recreates every month there shouldn't be much push back granted we get the suppirt from agents building multiple dots a month

That's interesting. Was it discussed from the pw perspective? For any dot other than pw it really wouldn't make sense to add the feature to the game but for agents who make 25+ players every month it could mean the difference in retaining clientele

I feel your pain bro. I was looking at my team thinking maybe I'll take a month off to recoup before deciding to build a set it and forget it type team to limit my interaction with it. I still remember jackson5555's last post from back in the day when he said he was less than halfway through making his players and realized he couldn't keep pressing the same buttons repeatedly and quit on the spot. I think the feature is very necessary for pw dot builders.

I think the reaction at GLB management would be "oh this again? They are supposed to recruit other people so there's that. Oh, and the game is already dying so is it worth the effort?"

Having said that, I bet there'd be more Flex spent, more owners if there was a quick way to produce 4 Guards at a time, etc. I don't think they care how repetitive PW player creation can be every 50 days. Who knows.

The GLB mass training/auto training tool is great - seems like they could do it without much thought to let us produce mass dots by position using the same method. We can dream right

I went to the suggestion forums to suggest this and saw that pro kop suggested this a couple of months ago BUT with no reference to pw. As it stands support hasn't commented so I don't have any idea if Bort is in favor of the addition or against it. What I do believe is heavy support will bring attention to the need. I'll copy the link here so we all can either +1 it or comment in favor of. I think it was dusk that said the game is dying so bort may not approve but if the game is dying this could be the solution.

bro, in season 33 there were about 10x as many leagues as there are now. Might be a slight exaggeration. But I do remember PW had two always full leagues, mature leagues had so many they broke them up into regions.

I just screwed around in GLB 2 and it looks awful in there. The replays are the worst! Can't get any sense of who is where on the field, that side view is terrible.

I agree sir. So much so that I was actually here playing during that time. I stumbled across the game and made my 1st player in season 12. What I commented wasn't anything more than a reference to how pw can be salvaged. I know people simply outgrow the game and lose interest but there are others who end up quitting because the work that translates into winning becomes a burden. Let's make the game easier to manage so we are less likely to burn out is all I'm trying to say. Nothing I commented was an attack on you or anything you said.

EDIT

There were actually three full leagues Gold silver and copper and there was a time where silver had to be expanded because there was so much interest in the game

so right, i forgot about Copper. I miss those days! forums active, tons of agents.

The game is still so good though. i think if Bort and team did some advertising, the game can live on

side note, yeah i didnt think your post was an attack of any kind, i just got a little excited about the golden years

Simplifying these processes would not only enhance the experience for dedicated players but also help retain them in the long run.
