After week 13 send in the rankings and I'll do them again; I had some things going on that occupied my time but I'm back now so shoot them to me after week 13.

I'm moving the deadline to 8 PM tonight because it's a weekday and I realize many people have to work until 5 so this will give those a chance to PM their rankings.
