SA: Impromptu
Much like the defensive Showboat SA, there should be a morale buff/debuff to represent the state of players.
Concept:
QBs scrambling to convert and move the chains is backbreaking to many defenses, as well as giving a lift to the fans and teammates. Once past the marker, the QB slides to avoid fumbles when tackled.
Next Level:
The QB scrambles to convert and move the chains, giving a list to his teammates and fans, whilst demoralizing the defense.
Ability Type: Passive
Powered By: Leadership
Activation Condition: Scrambling with the ball converting 1st down
Activation Chance: 100% (like Showboat)
When Activated:
Bronze - Entire offense gains +3 morale and energy; entire defense loses 5 morale
Silver - Entire offense gains +5 morale and energy; entire defense loses 10 morale
Gold - Entire offense gains +8 morale and energy; entire defense loses 18 morale
The bonuses do not trigger on designed QB run plays.

The SA can replace the Iron Grip SA, which is a skill that your QB shouldn't want (don't get him hit), and becomes a proactive SA as opposed to the getting sacked trigger.
