Why on earth would the FB dodge the blitzing CB rather than taking on the block? Whatever the game mechanic is that causes this needs to go away, because that's not how football works.

yea there is no Zone blocking its all targeting

I want to be like must be a failed awareness check, but that FB literally runs into the CB and then goes around him.......thats a new one

With 78 LBA, it should be hard to miss a guy literally running into him. There ought to be a line in the code that shifts a lead blocker's target to the nearest unengaged opponent.

You’re not far off with this, LBA makes you target downfield blockers even if a glaringly obvious breakdown like that happens- RBA is what gets you to grab that block instead… but with the ‘route’ the FB starts on not done until after this interaction he may not have been able to pick anyone up at that point.
