To be, not mean in any way, but honest and analytical, here's the 2 big reasons why Ahoda said as he did.
#1. The best builds and builders never put any SP's into SA's until much, much later in the build. From levels 0 to the 50's (age 170 or there about) the only points that should be in any SA's are whatever your CEQ gives you... or, if you got lucky shopping, whatever upgrades to your AEQ you have at that time. Skills are FAR more important than any SA, especially early in the build. The older a dot gets, the more SP's it costs to raise a skill and the harder it becomes to reach final build goal ideals.
#2. For a QB... at level 42... to only have 51 strength... is really terrible. Even a Pocket archetype. Strength determines both how accurate your passes are at distance but how fast the passes get to the receivers. Slow passes are nothing but far too easy targets for defenders to either knock down or INT. And that strength level means passes your QB throws beyond 10 yards are likely to be not accurate. Strength determines both speed of pass and sets the distance at which accuracy penalties come into play. The lower the strength, the sooner those penalties apply.
For reference I offer you a QB same level (although different archetype the skills should be very close to the same for both your QB and the one I list).

I bolded the two main differences between your build and this one. No SA's other than what his CEQ gives him and far more strength. In this build he is choosing Agility over Confidence but I know the builder and Confidence will come (grow) as the build progresses.
I hope this helps you with your next build. Being this one is already level 42 it has likely become too late to fix the damage and retirement is the wisest solution. Sorry.
