How does the hall of fame work? I see some DOTS that deserve to be on the HOF more than some that on there now . I just want an explanation of how it work please?

Culminative career game scores I think.
Early sim dots (First few seasons) do better because there were less teams generally. Game score is a combination of (performance * opp rank). This is why big games against a CPU team means less than one against a top ranked opponent.
