How does the Punt Hands roll work?

Does it work as a percentage roll or is it an odds roll with a minimum threshold for a "clean" snap?

How does it affect accuracy? Directly? Indirectly?

The description for Punt Hands describes release timing. Does this in any way indicate that punters are affected by pressure, like QBs against hurries?

Does it really matter? It's not like special teams plays are ever special. There are no blocked punts or kicks. If a few yards come off here or there, is it actually worth an investment of SP?

I mean a punter that can actually punt and pin an offense inside the 10 or even 5 would be great theory to make punters different.

Lmao man I keep telling you, you are doing nothing new. It can not be done. I have had a lb that would be at the kicker before the ball would be kicked and just run to the side.

You've definitely gotten closer than when I gave up because the tackle was happening before the kick is off and it still is not stopping the kick. Back when it was a regularity with the first strike changes you could grab the guy basically up to the point of foot touching ball.

I think it's like I said, CD added code to ensure the kick happens because for a while there too many weren't.

I have seen blocked kicks... but it only happened when there was a snap reaction bug that made the kicker so slow he pretty much stood there while he got hit.

Yeah, but accuracy and hang time change substantially.

So, potentially, "pressure" might potentially really affect accuracy, hang time, etc... Right?

Who knows? I could speculate that it might since the mechanic is in there for when your rush a QB so it'd make sense that Bort/CDog used the same principle for rushing kickers.

I would love to see blocked FGs/Punts added into the game, even it was a 1 in a 1000% chance. It should happen, but it should be rare just like IRL.

The problem is that even when you block kicks, the opponent just gets to rekick anyway
