Sure Mr. Sheets had a good day stats wise but Colossal wreck, boundless and bare led all receivers with 128 yards on 11 of 18. He also scored the go ahead TD that gave the Wolflions the lead and eventual victory.
Official DMVP: NW Mixologist CB Navy Grog His two INTs with another PD'd in a losing effort kept NW in the game, and the offense on the field where they desperately plucked away at the defense with the run game to no avail.
Official STMVP: Gliwice WolfLions HB Look on my works ye Mighty, and despair Despairing over his woeful numbers on offense he made due with 8 returns for 211 yards.
Despite being the visiting team, Gliwice enjoyed the bettor's favorite as they held first or second in league in just about every category except rushing. NW Mixologist for their part where in that rarefied air in rushing and hoping they could ride that to victory. The difference was on defense where Gliwice held the edge. They rode the erratic arm of QB Ozymandias king of kings while leaning on their D to cover his gunslinger ways. QB Ozymandias king of kings threw a 3rd quarter pass to BTE Colossal wreck, boundless and bare, who made the catch for a 4 yard touchdown that eventually pulled them away from NW! NW Mixologist's morale fell soon after and they were unable to mount another comeback.
