LOL, this is old school ball before that rule was invented.. Hell, my DL will hit a QB after he throws, after he hands the ball off, if he's on the sideline, or whatever because there no unnecessary roughness calls, ahah.

No, because it was a HB Screen, and the WR was not the intended receiver, but acting as a downfield blocker. The fact that the QB missed one of the easiest throws in football by 10+ yards is an entirely different issue...
