Anyone else experiencing trouble at rookie especially right now? My Journeyman is killing it but the Rookie is nearing 33% conversion...

Rookie K build priority.
Get Kickoff Power to 71 (or as high as possible). Better field position matters at Rookie.
Set your Tactics to never K FGs.
Get your FG Power to low 20s and then focus on Accuracy.
You’re better off Punting than missing FGs.

It does not just seem to be rookie kickers. Not a whole lot of 50+ makes at all this season. Builds need to adjust and maybe S* kickers will be worthwhile now.
This could be for the better though for watching games. People can try to adjust Kicker builds to incorporate more FG power surely, but this could ultimately lead to more punts in games and more of a field position controlling set up. Maybe punt hands and punt accuracy play a larger role with not kicking as many long FG attempts. More pin downs leads to more potential safeties.
It is a change from how things were previously wanted and seems painful now, but there could be some bright side to greater RNG with kicking IMO.

I'm not a firm believer in FG Power.
I've had kickers in the 50-60 range in FG Power have better long range percentage than some of my 90+ power test kickers.

FG power changes made this offseason to impact accuracy based on distance. Changes the mold.

My journeyman non-star is sitting at 17/23 this season, so I got that going for me which is nice.
