My test kicker has a 3* Chip Shot which, apparently, means kicks 35 yards or closer "are nothing to this kicker" (to quote the ability write-up).
It's powered by Kick Consistency and, at 3*, it's supposed to fire 90% of the time.
However, I've never seen it fire nor, apparently, has anyone else after I asked on the Forum (and my kicker is still missing within that 35 yard sweet spot despite his 64 KAccu and 65 KCon).
Edit: another reason you can tell it's not firing is it's not supposed to use any energy but it does.
