Wasn’t trying to be condescending.
I have seen tipped interceptions happen quite a few times, usually a few times a season in the upper leagues.
Seemed pretty straight forward to me, and I was legitimately confused as to what the issue was.
But it is more common in the upper leagues. Vet defenders have the quickness, awareness, and interception skills to converge and make a play on the ball.
It is pretty rare in rookie and sophomore now that I think about.
A key thing to note is that what we see onscreen is just an approximation of what’s happening in the sim.
Thank you, i might have read it wrong. Hard to hear a tone in a voice when typed. I appologize. And yes i have not been in the upper leagues to have seen this happen before. First team just finishing sophmore year this season. But like you said its the best interpretation of the sim that the replay can show. Just seemed wonky to me, but you who has seen it more often wouldnt think the same. Either way hell of a play and thats why it was top of replay list that day. It is very realist though, that is the entire reason for "tip drills" even in pro practice. Im sure theres plenty of other things i havnt personally seen yet. I only ever mean to discuss things, i never mean to come off as though im complaining.
