Just looks like poor end of game offense tactics, IMO.

This is why id like a tactic upgrade, you can choose FG safe and max distance but not WHEN is a good time to kick. Maybe even as simple as a box to check

Go for TD:
Play it safe with FG:

But some how an added tactic for the would be very nice
