I mean, fixing a one in a million AI bug isn't really a feasible thing.

Not quite "one in a million". The decision making process for going out of bounds is puzzling. I would love to see it based on a Toughness and/or Power Running check, with hard-nosed power backs choosing to plow through a CB rather than routinely dance out of bounds.

Pretty sure I never said this is the first time a player has ever ran out of bounds.
He clearly wasn't trying to avoid someone, I'm not sure it's a matter of him not being tough enough.

This seems to be more of an elusive runner problem than it does with power runners imo, or more specifically the Juke ability. The number of times I've seen an elusive player juke right out of bounds instead of inside where they could break off a good chunk more yards is saddening sometimes. My 2 powerbacks I have, Billy Sims and Jerome Bettis, seem to be pretty good at tip toeing down the sideline until someone is in arms length, meanwhile the elusive backs Adrian Peterson and Jim Brown have a pact going on between them to see who can dodge more hits out of bounds lol.
