but im not sure exactly where it is.

i read something about how a lot of people tested different kicker builds and how there wasnt one build that was better than any other.

https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/326911

i made a bunch of players to get my Superstars for this upcoming season. this particular K caught my eye. hes #1 in the offense mvp race, in a CPU league. but heres what really threw me off, he has 25542 UNused skill points lol. 62 accuracy as his max and 25 field goal power. 14 FGM at 40-49yrds, 16 at 30-39. how much power is really needed for a good kicker? lol

I actually argued against even having kicker and punters in the game. There's basically no design space for build diversity since they are such a narrow and niche position. They have no "competing" skills that depend on opponents, so unless they are absolutely garbage at lower tiers, the overall effect of their skills is going to have a high floor and low ceiling, which narrows down differentiation even more.

We ended up keeping them for the memes.

Thats interesting, conditioning on a kicker. Your thoughts behind it being they tire themselves on kickoffs and that can effect the FGs?

I don't think that's really possible. They sit out too long enough between plays to get tired out I imagine.
