The description of the respec is vague. it says will remove "SOME" of your player's skill and ability points.

This process will remove some of your player's spent skill and ability points, allowing you to respend them. You may only do this up to three times in the player's life, and the cost increases for each respec, so be sure to spend your points wisely!
My question is if I do this will the player still get the same allotment of points over its career or am I losing something?
