I've seen a LOT more of this type of play where the OL just doesn't block anything. Its really really ugly to see these kind of bugsIf you watch the play closely the linemen make contact, but just let the guys by. If your offensive linemen (especially on PA) aren’t built well to pass that’s typically how it would look. The linemen couldn’t hold contact long enough to even be caked, and the fact that no one moves to pick up extra blockers just suggests it’s an overall iffy blocking build.
You won’t really see much of this anymore past rookie unless you have a severe snap reaction advantage or still have bad blocking builds. More than just blocking skills go into linemen which is why linemen struggle early on.
