When do out of position players get SAs? I saw closing speed fire on a SS playing FS earlier

I'm about 90% sure safeties playing safety never counts as out of position, but not entirely sure without digging through the code.

FS and SS can be swapped and not have a debuff. Which is great because i dont need to use SS anymore lol
