Hi all

I'm planning to bring a group of friends into GLB2 some of whom were in our team for classic a decade ago. One area I'm a bit unclear about is level caps. There seems to be a tight level cap in the various leagues. What would happen once my friends level past the cap for the level our team is in?

At the beginning/end of each season you can catch up players who were behind any number of games to ensure they hit the next tier.

But you guys all need to start your players within the same season, you can only catch up to the rollover, so if you guys are in sophmore and someone makes a rookie he will always be one tier behind in terms of talent. You can still sign them to the team, but it'd be a hamper.

They can't pass the cap, a team cannot sign a player that is ahead of the current curve I think, so if someone has a player who is a rookie but has played 3 games with another team then left and didn't play the rest of the season, you will have to wait til the team has played 3 games to sign that player - making it better overall to start a new player who is identical and level him with the team - signing him in the middle of the season would hurt chemistry compared to just remaking and signing in the offseason.
