Hello! I will be managing a new team "The Blue Knights" https://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/team/3883. I will be live streaming games at https://www.twitch.tv/theph33p AND I will also be running a YouTube series on https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLKabJ2IwWTUz8vdKIAQbpA.

My Current planned upload schedule is uploading on our bye day as recap and highlight video of the ladder and league games and a look ahead an the upcoming games and their top threats.

Twitch will be a bit more free form. Streaming and calling games as they happen during my normal weekday streaming schedule. I'll make sure to @WarGenGames on Twitter and make a post in the forums when i am going to call the games.


So what does this mean for the community

Throughout the season I'll be inviting Managers and Players to HC/OC/DC for Ladder/League Game. I'll be giving away the Player Names, Cutting/Trading and Signing Players based on YOUR suggestions!

If its your first time coaching or you just want to dabble in an offense of defense this is a great way to try it out! Obviously I'll offer any help i can if your new or just looking for ideas or tips & tricks.

Going forward I would love to do community suggested player/team builds and challenges such as "No Conditioning Team", "No QB", "Only Mental Skills/No Physicals", "Only Pass/Run/Screen" ETC... Some of these can be player specific challenges and others will be team specific. We will be using straw poll to vote on large team affecting challenges and we will also be voting on whether to reset back to rookie after every season.

Interesting choice going with the Power running FB instead of the Blocking FB.
I really wish we could organize our offensive depth chart like we can our defensive depth chart, by position.
Do you need me to roll up any dots for you?
It would be super cool if more listeners rolled up some dots for you.

I can roll up non boosted dots, i do not mind at all maybe 2-3 players

For sure any CPU players currently on the team can be replaced by non-boosted real players my only ask is that the players be sorta an all rounder as i hope to bring in guest coaching which may mean radical shifts in offense and defense. Currently we have
