underlined player = stationary in that area

dashed line = delayed blitz/read

Correct as far as I know. If you watch the FS on 4-3 Middle Overload he stays in the box then takes off in a sprint either back to cover a wR or up to stop a run depending on the play. The dash is a read/react blitz.

C-Dog did a lot of 4-3 plays last time, but I like the Shallow set from the formation and we only have like 3 atm (Shallow Will Blitz, Middle Overload, and Shallow Sam). I may not have the correct names for the ones made, but something along to what I've shown would be awesome. You could argue that the 4-4 works similar, but I prefer the tightness of the 4-3 Shallow and you still have both your Safeties on the field.

I like the 4-3 versions as it keeps both safeties on the field for sure.

This would be a benefit with the lack of player availability.

Once again, a lot of these defenses are high-risk type blitz plays, but are available so you have more options.

You could create a player at Rookie, Sophomore, Journeyman, Professional, or Vet.

Yes, but teams could just skip straight to Vet. At least PUPs make it difficult.

Ya creation at any tier might be too extreme but at least it’s something - would be a decent bit of flex to do that and would think most would still rather build guys and watch them on the way up.

Ooooo I really like that tiger double gut play. Maybe use a FS and a SS with line crasher. Could be really fun

TEAM advancement is independent of player advancement. All new Teams have to progress from Rookie to Vet. Once at Vet, they can stay there forever or reset and start the process over.

How would the TEAM skip straight to Vet?

Effectively, this is available right now since you can covert Pickup Players. Allowing people to just make them at the Tier they want without playing all the Pickup games is easier.

Again, this mechanic already exists. The suggestion is to simply make it easier if conversion is the desired outcome (versus say testing a build theory).
